Gary Hale.

Gary has more than 30 years of experience in the areas of public power policy and green energy. A graduate of the University of Connecticut and the UCONN School of Law, he is admitted to the CT Bar. He is the CEO of Government Strategies Consulting, LLC, a lobbying firm dealing in state and local government policy. Gary served as Senate Chair of the Committee on Energy & Public Utilities where he fought for consumer protection and economic development. Since then, he has been deeply involved in energy policy and the promotion of renewable energy for municipal, business and residential customers.

Adam G. Burkitt.

Adam graduated from Massachusetts Maritime Academy with BS in International Maritime Business. He worked for more than a year and in China on internships managing injection molding of plastics in Nanjing, China as well as excursion molding of plastics in Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Adam ran terminal operations for Mearsk-Sealand in Port Elizabeth, NJ. While working on the docks, he received his MS from Stevens Institute of Technology in Project Management. Adam has developed extensive experience as a developer in the solar industry working on large- scale municipal installations as well as residential solar projects.
